Ye Grapes was established in the heart of Shepherd Market in 1742 as the ‘Market Coffee House’ and was renamed ‘the Grapes’ in 1782, then the ‘Bunch of Grapes’ in 1827 followed by ‘Sun Court’. It was rebuilt in its present form in 1882.
